1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on abcjl, accessing the abcjl website or any related mobile interface, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered by abcjl, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with any supplementary rules, bonus terms, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy published on abcjl.vip from time to time.

These Terms apply to all users of the abcjl platform regardless of how they access it — through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other permitted means. Your continued use of abcjl following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain a valid abcjl account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are physically located in the Republic of the Philippines or in another jurisdiction where your access to abcjl is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not prohibited from participating in online gaming under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person; you are opening and using the account solely for yourself.
• You have not previously had an account at abcjl closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, agent, or close family member of an employee of abcjl or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or service providers in a manner that creates a conflict of interest.
• You are not included on any government sanctions list, prohibited persons register, or self-exclusion list applicable to the abcjl platform.

abcjl reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and age verification documents. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account restriction or closure.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the abcjl platform at any time. abcjl employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. If abcjl determines that a player holds or has held more than one account — whether registered under the same identity, mobile number, email address, payment method, device fingerprint, or IP address — abcjl reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any associated balances, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

abcjl is required to conduct identity verification procedures consistent with anti-money laundering regulations and the regulatory framework applicable to online gaming in the Philippines. You agree to submit the following when requested:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, or other PAGCOR-recognized identification).
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document bearing your name and address, issued within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account name matching your registered name).

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. abcjl may place a temporary hold on your account pending the outcome of KYC review.

3.4 Account Currency

All abcjl accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). abcjl does not offer multi-currency accounts. All deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are recorded and processed in PHP.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your abcjl account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) associated with your account. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your abcjl account that is not used for any other online service.
• Never disclose your password or OTP to any third party, including any person claiming to represent abcjl customer support. abcjl staff will never ask for your password.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

abcjl accepts deposits via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without notice. You should verify current available channels in the abcjl Cashier section.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• All funds deposited into your abcjl wallet must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source is owned by a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited.
• abcjl does not accept deposits made with funds derived from criminal activity. Deposits suspected to originate from unlawful sources will be flagged, frozen, and reported to relevant authorities.
• abcjl does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

5.3 Credit Card Policy

abcjl does not accept credit card payments for deposits. Players may only fund their abcjl accounts using debit-based instruments and bank transfer channels listed under the accepted payment methods above.

5.4 Failed Deposits

If a deposit transaction is initiated but fails to reflect in your abcjl wallet within thirty (30) minutes, you should contact abcjl live chat support with your transaction reference number and payment provider confirmation. abcjl will investigate and resolve confirmed deposit failures within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 General Conditions

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your abcjl wallet at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your abcjl account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. abcjl does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment channel.
• Active bonus funds and funds subject to wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the relevant wagering conditions have been fully met.

6.2 Processing Times

abcjl aims to process withdrawal requests within the following standard timeframes, measured from the point of approval: GCash and PayMaya — one (1) to four (4) hours; BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers — within twenty-four (24) hours on standard banking days. abcjl does not guarantee processing within these timeframes and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking system downtime.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

6.4 Right to Withhold

abcjl reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any withdrawal request where: (a) identity verification is incomplete; (b) the withdrawal is suspected to be connected to fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity; (c) a security review of the account is pending; or (d) the account holds unresolved disputes or chargebacks.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

abcjl offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP-exclusive rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your abcjl account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion-specific terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering contribution rates for abcjl bonus funds are: slots — one hundred percent (100%); live casino games — twenty percent (20%); bingo — fifty percent (50%). Specific games may be excluded from contributing toward wagering requirements.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

abcjl reserves the right to cancel bonus credits, void associated winnings, and close the accounts of players found to be exploiting bonus promotions through coordinated betting patterns, use of multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies, or any other method that abcjl determines constitutes bonus abuse. This determination is made at abcjl's sole discretion.

7.4 One Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus is available to each verified player once only. You may not claim a welcome bonus on a new account if you have previously held an abcjl account or claimed a welcome bonus under the same identity, mobile number, or payment method.

8. Game Rules & Fairness

All games offered through the abcjl platform are subject to their own individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure during a game session, abcjl reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered stakes to the player's account. The outcome of a game determined by a technical fault shall not be considered a valid result.

Live dealer games are conducted by real human dealers and are not subject to software outcome generation. 9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct in connection with your use of abcjl:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information or identity documents.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any abcjl software.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographical restrictions or security controls.
• Facilitating access to abcjl for minors under the age of eighteen (18).

Any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may be immediately suspended or permanently closed at abcjl's sole discretion, with associated balances frozen pending investigation. Suspected criminal conduct will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the abcjl platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, game titles, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the intellectual property of abcjl or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the abcjl platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on abcjl without express written permission from abcjl. Any unauthorised use of abcjl intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

11. Responsible Gaming

abcjl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your abcjl wallet at the time the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit abcjl's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

abcjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason at its sole discretion, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct; failure to complete identity verification; inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months; or regulatory compliance requirements.

Upon closure of an account for any reason other than confirmed fraud or criminal activity, any verified balance remaining in the player's abcjl wallet (net of applicable bonus deductions) will be returned to the player's last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to satisfactory completion of the KYC process.

You may close your abcjl account voluntarily at any time by submitting a written request through live chat support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any pending bets at the time of account closure will be settled according to the applicable game rules and results.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the abcjl platform.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to notify abcjl of your complaint in writing via the official support contact and to allow abcjl a period of thirty (30) days to investigate and attempt to resolve the matter in good faith. abcjl will acknowledge all formal complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

15. Amendments to These Terms

abcjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the abcjl platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the abcjl platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with Section 13 above.
